A much more in depth assessment, which includes a health history assessment and a functional evaluation, to determine your bio-individual needs, based on YOUR deficiencies and imbalances. We will find a plan that works for YOU! A minimum of 3 sessions is recommended.
Fueled has partnered with Perpetual Motion Dance to add a monthly Silks class, taught by experienced instructors, for adults of all levels to learn and perfect their aerial skills. Classes are on the last Saturday of the month from 10:00-11:00AM.
The Perpetual Motion instructors also offer a kids class (ages 8+) for all levels to swing, climb, twirl and "fly"! No experience needed. This class is the last Saturday of the month from 11AM-noon.
Private sessions are also available, beginning at $60/session. Learn basic or advanced aerial skills in a one-on-one setting. Contact us for more info.
