Stephanie graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2008 with a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology. She has been personal training & teaching fitness classes since 2005, and coached CrossFit for over five years. She is certified by the Nutritional Therapy Association (NTP) as a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. Her passion is to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals, motivate them to implement healthy choices in their every day life, and educate people about optimal wellness in all aspects of life.
Brie Miller is originally from Boca Raton, Florida where she played two years of varsity high school basketball and spent six summers as a camp counselor. She graduated from SMU in Dallas, obtaining degrees in Strategic Communications, Public Relations and Anthropology.
Brie taught seventh grade English in Jacksonville, Florida through Teach for America, then spent five years doing Marketing for Southwest Airlines. Brie is currently a law student at the University of Oklahoma. Beyond the classroom and camp settings, Brie has led community service travel programs for over 100 high schoolers throughout Thailand and Burma, taught swim to elementary and middle schoolers, and has over two decades of babysitting experience.
She is also CPR-certified.
Carrie has a degree in Journalism from the University of Kansas. Her certifications include ISAA-NCCPT-CPT, Precision Nutrition 1, and is a FASTer Way to Fat Loss Certified Coach. Carrie's fitness journey started in her 20s after watching her sister run a marathon. She went for a run that day and knew a passion was born. She has since become an avid runner, triathlete & 3-time ironman finisher. Her pursuit of new challenges is a testament to her determination and resilience.
She has a mission to make a positive impact, and focuses on empowering men and women to embrace sustainable lifestyle change. Her goal is clear: to guide individuals to become a happier, healthier version of themselves, and to help them face life's challenges with strength & vitality.
Kyle graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University with a Bachelor degree in Youth Ministry and a Minor in Sports Recreation.
He has a strong foundation in fitness coaching. He is a certified Level 1 CrossFit Trainer (CF-L1), and completed a 12-week Coaches Development Program.
Kyle is driven by a passion for fitness, cultivated over years of personal training and competition. He is dedicated to empowering others on their fitness journey, and helping them to improve their overall wellbeing.
Jack is currently a student at the University of Oklahoma, working on his Bachelors Degree in Meteorology.
He is heavily involved in the ROTC program at OU, where he is preparing to commission, once receiving his degree.
Having an athletic trainer for a mother, Jack learned about health and exercise science from a young age, and this passion was ingrained in him.
Jack holds a personal training certifications from NASM. He is committed to sharing his passion for fitness with others, by motivating & educating them on their fitness journey.
Paige has a BS in Education, with an emphasis on Special Ed.
She also has a Masters in Educational Psychology. She taught Special Education in Norman from 1999-2008. Paige, then took off 9 years to raise her two daughters. When her girls were older, she went back to work & taught Physical Education at Terre Verde Discovery School in Norman for 4 years. She has a passion for fitness, teaching and children. Paige was our original Fueled Kids Instructor from the time the program was born in 2020 until she moved to OKC in 2023. She now helps out coaching classes when her schedule allows.
